3 eggs {optional: organic brown}
2-3 oz chopped spring onion {green tops only}
1-2 tbsp chopped fresh chives {flower buds as well}
1 tbsp cold coconut milk
Chive buds for garnish {optional}
A cast iron skillet is highly recommended for this recipe, but is not required. Please note, it will not taste the same if cooked in a non-stick skillet or pan.
